From the feedbacks that we've received,
we've decided to go for it eventhough DH never been there
What we knew was with the Guthrie Corridor highway, it's within minutes to Bukit Jelutong
And it was actually a very wise decision as I am very satisfied with the outcomes
Alhamdulillah....and the appreciation value of the house now is really high
Thank you very much for the recommendations and I really owe you guys. =)
Buying a house is always been a good investment
But don't forget to include the factors such as location, developer, freehold/leasehold, landed or strata.
Just the question now,
Bila dapat balik for good nak duduk kat rumah baru ni?
I really hope it will be soon,
Dah penat berangan nak letak my dream kitchen cabinet, walk-in wardrobe, jacuzzi, & playing badminton with the kids dekat garden nih
but if not so soon, saya redha dengan jalan yang dipilih
semoga ada hikmah yang terbaik dari Allah, Aminnn
