So, I made keropok lekor goreng for potluck ramadhan and sweedish Rye Bread for our dessert.
Only using 1 tablespoon of oil, it's really healthy and yummy! Texture pun sama mcm menggoreng keropok, just dia kurang minyak. My family love it!
And for our dessert....
First time buat bread jadi lembut and gebu. Our old bread maker boleh donate kat org lain, sebab tak pernah satu pun jadi! Huhu
We ate with low carbs ice cream, only 8g net carbs per servings! Hubby said it feels like eating breakfast and desserts! YUM!
